Casa KK at the D’Vine Residences is a well appointed modern property from the front desk to the pool with spectacular rooftop views. Rob and Serge have created a 2bed/2bath sanctuary with comfortable and stylish furniture. They have thought of everything…including black out shades, providing coffee, AC units for the main space and bedrooms, outdoor seating, washer/dryer, and luxurious bathrooms - our shower had 5 showerheads! The location is perfect for walking and exploring the neighborhood with so many options for restaurants, bars, corner stores, and shopping just blocks away. Casa KK is a great option for a stay in the Romantic Zone. Thank you for all of your recommendations and for communicating with us throughout our stay. We stayed at Casa KK and could not have been happier. From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much care went into every detail. D'Vine Residences is a beautiful building, with striking architecture and immaculate upkeep. It looks great in photos and even better in person. We had our extended family spread across three units: Casa KK, Casa Stephano, and Casa Crescente. What stood out is that all three owners clearly take real pride in their properties. Everything was taken care of. The units were spotless, stocked with plenty of toiletries, and truly move-in ready. We didn't want for a thing. The views were spectacular. One of our favorite parts was how easy it was to visit each other by just heading up and down the stairs between units. It made the whole trip feel connected, like one big shared home instead of separate rentals. The rooftop pool was the perfect finishing touch, a great spot to relax together and take in the scenery. We'd stay again in a heartbeat and highly recommend any of these units to families looking for a special place to stay.

What an amazing place! Being blasted with refreshing A/C and a wonderful, clean smell as soon as we arrived was so refreshing. I stayed with my mom and it was amazing for us to each have our own bedroom and bathroom. I was lucky enough to get the master bedroom, and it was amazing! The closet space and bathroom was phenomenal--5 showerheads! What a luxury vacation. The kitchen was stocked with almost everything we needed, and it was fantastic to have filtered water through the fridge and not need to buy and haul big jugs back to the place. Of course, the real seller was the rooftop pool! Very spacious, clean, and refreshing. I was in love with the umbrellas on casters that we could wheel around to where we wanted them as the sun moved around. We had a bit of trouble with the internet/TV and messaged the hosts who literally responded within seconds and called us through WhatsApp to troubleshoot. The hosts were also very kind and willing to work with me to make the vacation perfect upon booking. I can't recommend this place enough!
