We're Serge and Rob, and Casa KK is our passion project.

Who We Are

Built on Care and Detail

Our homes are in three places we love. Casa KK at the Lake is a one-story, four-bedroom house on Cedar Creek Lake in the quiet Eastwood Island neighborhood, about 45 minutes from Dallas and three minutes from Main Street and its restaurants and shops. Pier 57 and D'Vine are our condos in Puerto Vallarta's Zona Romantica, both a short walk from Los Muertos Beach, the Malecón, and the restaurants, cafes, and nightlife that make that part of town what it is. Oceana is our newest home, an 8th-floor corner condo in the Golden Zone of Bucerías, a block and a half from the beach. In each one, most of what you came for is within walking distance.

We host these homes alongside our full-time careers, so we keep things personal and straightforward. From the moment you book, you can count on us to be responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. Ask us anything before you arrive, and once you have settled in we will give you space to relax, knowing we are always just a message away if something comes up. You will also find our homes on Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com, but booking directly here gets you the best rates and avoids third-party service fees. We cannot wait to host you.
